The Award Night took place on Monday, October 17, 2022, in Düsseldorf/Neuss in the run-up to K 2022 and was a complete success with 140 participants. Within an engaging supporting program, which featured entertainer Jörg Hammerschmidt and the well-known business philosopher Anders Indset, the winners of the following categories were able to

- Chassis Unit / Structural Component
- Electronical / Optical Part
- Enabler Technology
take their awards home.
A new submission record—with 43 out of 45 submitted molded parts and components admitted to the competition—ensured not only high participation but also the corresponding excitement during the award ceremony.
