32nd Annual General Meeting

This year, the Annual General Meeting of SPE Central Europe will not take place at the Hotel Atlantic on the Außenalster in Hamburg, but at the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof in Hanover. In the morning, President Dr.-Ing. Klaus-Dieter Johnke will present the Board’s report on the activities of the 2017/2018 financial year. This will also cover, among other topics, the successful SPE Automotive Award 2018, which took place on July 6, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Düsseldorf-Neuss, and the relaunch of the website.
In the afternoon, Treasurer Klaus Eue will report on expenditure and income during the reporting period in his financial report. He will then present the financial plan for the current financial year.
In the discussion that follows, several proposals for reducing costs will be put forward. In addition, it will be suggested to hold a technical conference again. The subsequent discharge of the Board and the election of the Board and office holders will each be unanimous.
After the meeting, SPE members and their companions will round off the day with a joint dinner in the hotel’s “Weinkeller”. It is also frequently used for state visits in Hanover.
