SPE AutomotiveAward
Since 1992, SPE Central Europe has invited entries for the AutomotiveAward every 18 months, recognizing innovative plastic parts and components used in vehicles.
All submissions are evaluated by an independent jury, consisting of experts from all areas of plastics technology, the automotive industry, recognized institutes, and the trade press, using a scoring system based on product- and industry-specific criteria. This ensures that not only products from large corporations but also developments from small and medium-sized companies have a chance to win this recognized and prestigious prize.
During the Award Night, winners, runners-up, and nominees are presented and honored with high public visibility. Sponsors, award-winning companies, and representatives from the automotive industry and plastics technology use the awards ceremony to exchange ideas and drive further developments. The trade press, industry portals, and electronic media regularly report on the competition.
